World Wide Aquatics has billed over $150 to my credit card for two separate orders placed, but the products never arrived and the company cannot be reached. Both orders show as "shipped" on its website in mid-December.
The first order placed in November was affirmed by a phone call to Customer Service and re-ordered, courtesy of the company. But that order never arrived either. I placed a separate order in December for some other goods and that order has not arrived either. Despite repeated phonecalls in December and January (which either go into voicemail or ring forever) and emails, I have not heard from the company.
I am not new to World Wide Aquatics. I have ordered from it for many years with no difficulty. Something seems to have gone drastically wrong since November.
