Trying since dec to get a suit or a refund, they will not ship and employees are rude

I ordered a suit and was told it was shipped... Then I was told they could not trace it for 2 weeks it was lost... They would send me another... That suit was backordered...

I selected another suit... It was "allegedly" shipped... Of course I didn't receive it... So I had to wait 2 more weeks to "trace" it... By then I got wise and requested a credit... I was told it takes 2 billing cycles...

I continued to call and no credit... I then told them I would take any suit at all in my size... They said to select one from the web site...

I selected 10 different suits... They were all "on backorder"... I then said to send me anything they had in my size...

At this point I was told they had to many suits to go thru just to look for my size, and as soon as my original order that was placed in Decemer 2005 came in they would ship... How do these people get away with this?
