No response after proving company shipped wrong product ripoff

Company sent incorrect product.

Company requested pictures of product to verify.

After providing proof company refused to respond to multiple subsequent e-mails sent to various company e-mail addresses. Found it impossible to reach anyone on the company phone.

I do a lot of internet buying and selling and this has been my worst experience with seller by far. Wish I had found this "consumer complaints" website earlier.

I strongly recommend that buyers don't take the risk of doing business with this company as they appear to be unethical in their treatment of customers based on my experience and the number of other reports lodged. The statements about "Guaranteed Values & Service" are a sham from my experience.
