Order lost by local post office cann't get information from shipper to file claim

Ordered a custom golf club. Order was shipped vis UPS and US Postal Service. Local post office cann't verify receipt of order and can not find it. Need information from Best Buy Golf to file a claim. Company does not respond to e-mails or phone calls. Terrible customer service
