I am a small business owner that placed 3 orders with Best Buy Golf Supply.in each instance I received the wrong merchandise. Best Buy Golf Supply refused to pay for return shipping (for incorrect merchandise) and insisted that I pay for their mistake. After disputing the payment I was met with rude customer service and threats to ruin my credit report.
I have been in business for more than 15 years and have never had any experience like this with the dozens of suppliers I have used. Any problems or errors that may have occurred were dealt with in a satisfactory and courteous manner.
As a small business owner I understand that a premium MUST be placed on customer service. I cannot understand how this company has stayed in business. If you are considering doing business with Best Buy Golf Supply, save yourself the hassle and the money and look elsewhere.
