Ripoff: No contact after purchase, no communication, no customer service, no trust, possible scam

I inquired about some golf clubs on 8/17/06. I sent an email in the evening also asking if they would honor their pricing policy. The next day i received an email asking me questions. I replied and answered. They replied that would match the offer and the additional discount. They told me int he email to order and place in the comments the name of the competitor website and the pricing. I did so and found that their website did not show the correct pricing. I still did the order and placed everything in the comments.

I called that day and sent three emails because my confirm cut off half of me comments and I wanted to make sure that they had all of the correct information. Little did I know that would be the last I heard from them.

To make a long story short, I have emailed over 15 times to all of the different email addresses on the contact list. I have also called 15 times. I have left three messages on their voicemail. Finally I got fed up and on 8/23 kept hitting zero until someone picked up. They did and stated they were the after hours ansering service. They took my order number and told me I would be called the next day. His is on top of all of the emails mind you. No contact the next day.

I did the same thing on 8/24, finally an individual picked and acted klike I was bothering him. Funny, a paying customer bothering the selling company after no confirmation or communication and making an online purchase where they have my credit card number. Go figure. The indivudual was non informative and rude, even sighing and stating "Jesus Christ". He also stated they have the lowest prices, as if that makes up for horrendous customer service. (If that was the case, put online, "we have crappy service, but we are cheap and maybe you will get your clubs", at least that is honest). He also was very sarcatic and started with the "whoa is me" defense (i.E. I guess everything is my fault). He had no info he was willing to give but remembered my order and stated that they were shipped out on 8/23. Funny, my card was not charged and on their website it states my order has not been processed. I have facts that show that I have reason not to believe. He hung up when he nothing else to say. Both individuals I spoke with stated that maybe I did not get the email because of spam filters, nice try but they had no problem emailing me before the purchase or on the confirmation.

In summary, they never confirmed my card would be charged the corrrect amount, they have not replied once to me in over a week, I have no idea what they will charge, if they will charge, if or when I will get my clubs. It is rediculous, unprofessional, and that is me being nice. Maybe there is a good reason, but with no contact they left me no choice but to let the public know about how they treat their customers. If there was a good reason, I will let you know.
