I ordered a Golf Bag online, for my daughter, for Christmas. She chose this particular bag because of the color nad the accessories. I was charged for everything and received the bag but not the accessories (Matching Headcovers) They included a slip that said it was on backorder. I waited til January. (the projected delivery date. Still no Head covers. I called and e-mailed. No answer and no reply to e-mails. They were out of the country (according to the voicemail) I continued to e-mail. My daughter called... Still no head covers. They said they have the record but they couldnt supply them. I never got a refund.
