I ordered 3 cell phone covers on Dec. 17th. I received only 1 cover right before Christmas, and the other 3 covers were on backorder. My credit card was charged for the full amount on 12/19/07.
I have e-mailed numerous times, and always receive the same reply that the items were delayed in shipping and are expected to be in at the end of the next week. It's an automated response, apparently.
This company is a rip-off. I have never had any problems with an internet company before, and their web site looks authentic. They even have a satisfactory report with the BBB in Florida.
I am glad that I have found this site (usacomplaints.com). I will check here from now on before I order anything from the internet again. I do not recommend that anyone use elitextreme.com. You will never receive your complete order.
