I ordered my cell phones and accessories on May 4. I received the cellphones, but as of today's date, I have not received the accessories. I have called the 1 800 number repeatedly, and to my great aggravation, nobody seems to want to either answer my question as to where my cell phone accessories are or when I am to receive them. It is a system that has caused me to waste time, energy and money for I have been told to call BrightStar, go to other web-sites to look for my accessories. Added to this great aggravation is that the rudeness of the operators has not helped much. I have been told that I have not called everyday, and that according to their records, which are very subjective, I have only called twice. I have written for the accessories, and now I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Careful with inphonic!!!
