Before I was able to find this website I ordered a driver from Best Buy Golf Supply in September for about $100. At first Ken was extremely helpful, as I called and asked to change the degree loft of the driver and indicated that this was a rush and paid the extra money to get in 3-4 business days.
After 3-4 days, never received club. After 2-3 weeks, never received club. Tried to call and only got an answering machine. I called and email on numerous occasions and indicated to cancel my order - still no reply. Although I cancelled the order, after about 2 months I get the club in the mail. Not only is it the wrong degree, over two months late (they still charged me the rush delivery charge) but it is damaged and broken in half.
Called and emailed Ken about this. Finally got a reply to submit a claim with UPS and UPS would refund Best Buy Golf Supply and then Best Buy Golf Supply would refund me. Completed the claim with UPS. Ken got his money but I have still not seen a dime. I have sent about 300 emails, have left messages, and to this day have not gotten one reply.
On one occasion I actually talked to Ken and he was nice about the situation and said he would look into it and call me back. I asked if I could stay on hold but he indicated that that was too expensive because it is a toll call. Needless to say - never received a call back. It is almost a year since I order the club. The club was damaged beyond repair but Ken Has $100 dollars from me and another $100 dollars from UPS. Seems like this is a little illegal - is this mail fraud? Any ieas on how to get my money back?
Do not order from this company.
