First, we were tricked into this "no commitments" gym by the cheap $60 a month membership. Everything seemed great except for the fact that there was commitments. Big ones. A 2 year contract! They lied to us right to our face. So, with all of that being said, we took responsibility for not more carefully going over what we were signing. Then after we went in person to the facility and told them that we never authorized them to charge our account and that we would pay cash, they did it any way repeatedly costing us hundreds (no kidding) in over draft fees because we were no longer depositing our money into that account. We then tried to resolve this issue over the phone and all we got was rude and unprofessional people that can't even speak english. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFO! Find another gym. We are now having to dispute this on our credit. Do not be suckered into this like we were. There is no such thing as no commitments with Bally's
