[email protected] took order and credit card # did not ship wheel covers will not answer phone or reply to e-mail

I ordered wheel covers for my daughter`s car from which seemed to bea honest company but, I did not recieve the items. The person who submitted the confirmation will not answer his phone or reply to e-mails.
