I had ordered an electric scooter from this company on Oct. 24 as a Christmas present for my son. After hearing that the helmet I ordered was out of stock I never heard or saw any thing until sending 4 e-mails, 2 faxes, then finally I was quickly e-mailed with one sentence stating "sorry for my inconvience I'll look into it." It is now Dec. 24 and my son still doesn't have a scooter for Christmas. Yet my credit card has been charged and no one answers the phone # given by Quickscooters.com, and no one is answering my e-mails either.
Also when I look up the so called tracking # I was given the delivery place DHL say's it does not exsist.
