I ordered my daughter pompoms for christmas. Well here it is december 23, and I still have not got them. I placed my order online, December 3rd, thinking they would be here in time for christmas.
They took the money out of my account right away. After about 2 weeks I called the place with no avail. I got an answering machine which was not taking any new messages.
I went on the website and sent 3 or 4 tickets about my order and never recieved any response. So I searched the web and found their address and 3 other phone numbers.
Well those numbers were also not taking any messages. What am I to do? Drive to ohio and beat on the door??!! My daughter was really looking forward to getting pompoms for christmas! I could not find any where I live, thats why I ordered them.
I have turned them in to the BBB, they have not had any response yet either.
