I am not sure but I am not getting answers from them and I ordered a scooter. They aren't responding to my emails and they don't have a contact number. They sent me an original email after I ordered the scooter but they didn't send me a tracking email. Also, on the website, it says the scooter is processing but it shouldn't take that long for the scooter to process. I am very concerned.
