Purchased an electric scooter as Christmas gift for daughter. Scooter will not take a charge. Company contacted via phone and e-mail but refuses to reply to either form of communiation.
Refuses to correct problem with scooter. Suggested they assist us in locating a repair shop, again no reply.
Customer service is a joke. Once they have your money they will not assist you in any way.in short, they want nothing more to do with you.
