I purchased an electric scooter on line at electricwheelstore.com for my grandson's Birthday. The scooter came defective, I couldnt reach anyone by phone or email. I was billed twice. My grandson has no birthday gift. I still cannot reach anyone at this company. I keep leaving voice mails and emails. Its now5 days and still I have not heard from anyone.
