I should have researched this website before I used it. I spent 83 dollars for flowers that never arrived on valentines or any day after that.
When you call their customer service line they tell you to call another phone number that sounds like the exact same operator, etc. When I called that number they put me on hold making me think I was going to be helped and then after they forced me to listen to a 3 minute nora jones song some automatic voice comes on telling me that due to high call volume that there are no customer service reps to talk to and I need to respond to my confirmation email or email their customer support. They never even sent a confirmation email, and after reading these reviews it's because they're not a legitimate business. I emailed their customer support two times now and have received absolutely no response. They did charge me for my order and they must think just ignoring me will work. I would not order from them, read all the reviews here, they're all the same.
