The above order (confirmation #920023) was undelivered and based on conversation with one of your customer service reps (Anca) a fresh order was to be delivered on Monday December 7. It is now Tuesday and the flowers have yet to arrive! I have tried calling customer service and leaving messages, but no one has deemed it necessary to reply. I have sent emails outlining my complaint, but again, no reply. I have tried using your live chat, but no operator is ever available (even during the posted times when they should be online). Basically, I have no flowers, no email replies, no phone replies. There seems to be a pattern in your service. Or should I say. Lack of service!
Please call me by 12:00 noon today, or I will have no recourse but to cancel payment. I can be reached at 647-297-7342. This is about the tenth time I have left a number. Please make this a priority!
