I call customer service for the www.slap. Chop.com webstie and talked to a rep to (12/23 12/24 & 12/24 let them know I wanted to correct my order but they hadn't received it and was told to call back Fridat 12.26. I've been trying to call for 2 days (1-877-399-3491) and message indicated reps are busy and wlll get to you as promptly. I was on hold for 3 1/2 hours total on 12/26 and then another 3 hours Sat 12/27 to revise my order. I emailed their customer service at [email protected] and they said to call the 1-877 Nr. I emailed and said to cancel my order and amy still trying to get someone on the phone to cancel my order.
