Ordered flowers from Justflowers.com last week to be sent for mother's day. Received order confirmation for a Saturday 8am - 8pm delivery and the flowers never arrived, however, the charges on my credit card did.
I received a voice mail late Sunday night (Mothers Day) to check my Email. Upon checking Email, they advised they could not deliver the flowers due to lack of quality flowers available and to choose another day for delivery! I tried to call their customer service right after reading the message and the phone just rings. I tried to call again Monday morning 10:00am phone just rings, no one answers.
Mother Day is now over, mom didn't get flowers, and both of us are upset.
DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! Your mom will thank you..
