Coustomer service is terrible!

My htc wildfire can only get internet from wifi but not from their network so i have been calling and they tried troubleshooting my phone several times but still no positive outcome so last month october i was given 7 free days by one of their own repersentives so i assumed this would occur every month to make up for the internet. Now November and i didnt recieve the 7 days so my phone is suspended and to restore service they want me to pay 52.86 which is billed for INTERNET, TALK, AND TEXT so i called and tried to get it resolved still no outcome or solution just a bunch of they cant do this and that, email the relations department. O yea did i mention been on the phone with several different people and got hung up on plenty of times and the rude remarks, the laughing in the background, i have been calling them since 9am and here its 2pm and im just coming to this point... It is very unacceptable and should be against the law taking hard earned dollars for poor services and bad repersentives to repersent them!!!
