I am a T-Mobile customer since 2004. I have four cell phones of my family on my family account.in November I added Unlimited Text Messeging Service to my family plan. Over the last three months I noticed that T-Mobile is charging extra $15 on one of the cell phone. On inquiring it was told by the T-Mobile CSR that on one of the phones INTERNET service was being used which I did not know, therefore I told them I don't want any internet service on any of my phones and that do not charge me for the internet service in future. Repeatedly, since November I am being charged extra $15 each month. Again, approaching the CSR it was told that we offered this additional feature to you when you subscribed to UNLIMITED TEXT MESSEGING SERVICE, to which I don't recall and that if I did not want it I should have cancelled it then. I honestly know that I was never offered this service at that time. Without my consent and without disclosing me T-Mobile is ripping me off every month. Your comments are welcome. Thank you.
