Don't buy at zarabridal.com they are liars!

Don't buy at zarabridal.com because they are liars and the quality of the dresses are just awful! It all started when I ordered a wedding dress. When I asked about the quality they said that it's top quality and I believed them so I did a "custom made" order with my measures. When I got the dress I was really shocked because the quality was just awful and the measures wasn't mine, so even if I wanted (and I didn't wanted at all) I couldn't wear this dress. When I wrote them an email and said that I want to send the item back to them and get my money back they said that I can keep the dress and fix it in my country and they'll refund me 70$ (out of 250$) back. I said OK (because sending back is not cheap) but till now I didn't got my money back and I don't think that they want to refund. When I wrote to them when I'll get my money back they said "in 7 days" after a while I wrote again because I didn't got the money they said "in 2 days" then again "as soon as we can. I'll hasten my boss" and after that they don't want to talk with me, they wont answer to my emails and nothing. THEY ARE LIARS, DON'T BELIEVE THEM AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!

And now we'll do the math 50$ 45$ 40$=135$ and the dress cost
237$, so if we'll send the dress back to you, than you'll
refund 102$, and

please be so kind as you were before I bought the dress and
refund me 100$ to [email protected] or we'll send the dress
back to you and we'll leave a horrible comments and
feedbacks across the
web. I don't have another choice.
