Worldcom wireless has given me everything but customer service, a working phone, and billing statements. Signing up with this company was the worst thing i have ever done.
It has been almost a year now since i signed up. When i responsed to their mailing i had no idea what i was in for. My phone took over a month to activate. Once it was activated i never recieved the voice mail i was promised.
I spent hours!!! On the phone with customer service trying to resolve these phone problems. I rarley ever got satisfaction. Once my phone was up and working, it worked a few weeks and then was reassigned to someone else in another calling area. Every time i turned my phone on it would roam in my home area.
More countless hours on the phone waiting for help. This is just the beginning. They sent me a new phone that didn't work properly, i gave up & signed up with sprint. During all of this i argued with management and service reps, that never corrected my billing, and insisted i comoplete my year contract or be charged a termination fee of $200.00.
I never heard of something so insane, they never fulfilled their contract to me. I don't even know what my bills are from, i rarely ever had service.
I wrote letters and e-mails with no response, just more statemenst reflection previous months of inaccurate billing. Something needs to be done about this company.
I like many others want to know what i am paying for! I refuse to send them another penny. I haven't used the phone in months.
