I am not sure if putting this complaint in writing will be of any use but, here goes.

I have been a worldcom wireless sufferer for over a year now with the same billing problems as everyone else. Phone call after phone call, left on hold forever, rude employees.

The straw that broke the camels back is this: worldcom discontinued my service, guess how i found this out, i was in a car accident and tried to use my phone to call home and the call went to worldcom customer service!

Thankfully my contract with them is up now. However, they now owe me money for overpayment. Any guesses as to how long this will take? Wish me luck!
