I to have had the worst experience with worldcom. I sign up for a 1 year contract that was to include free nights and weekends. On the bills that I would recieve, I would only get a detailed call list for one month and billed for 3, and the one month that was detailed was incorrect, I was being charged for nights and weekends that were to be at no charge.
When I asked customer service to correct this error they need to see a copy of my contract which I fax over to them. I recieve my next bill and the problem is still not corrected. I call customer service again and they say they do not have any record of my conversasion nor did they recieve any fax. So I re-fax my contract, I get the name of the person to whom I spoke to, ask for copies of all my billing (they gave me a confirmation number) and tell me they would get it straighten out.
Well, my next bill comes and I am still being charged for nights and weekends. I call again and wait for hours on hold, tell them my problem again. They offer me a $100.00 credit, thats fine but I still want copies of my billing because I feel that the $100.00 would only cover part of the amount that I was being overcharged.
Again I get told they would correct the problem and send me monthly statements that I could review. Again I get a confirmation number. Still no statements, still being charged nights and weekends. My contract finnally expired and I call to terminate the contract. Got a confirmation number for the cancellation, and told them I would pay them when I recieved copies of my billing so I could be certain that I was charged correctly.
Hey have sent me so far the first three months of my billing. The service that I cancelled 3weeks ago is still on, and it will be a cold day in hell before they see another dime out of me.
