I have done business with ABC for several years and everything was fine until this past year. I don't know if they are under new ownership or what.
But no. 1 they messed my account up so bad that I know I paid for some things twice. They somehow managed to split my account into two accounts. You hold forever for a customer service person and this is not a toll free line. I am not sure ENGLISH is not the primary languaged used there.
I sent them proof (cancelled checks, etc.) that my invoices had been paid in full. They keep sending me messages that my account is on hold. I refuse to pay the last invoice until they clear my account up. You can bet that I am going to take my business else where - say LTD Commodities, etc.
