Imagine a guy installing Security equipment at a location with multiple criminal offenses and extensive Jail time (both local and State time). He was recently released from prison in 2012 for DeFrauding an elderly man in Stanislaus Couty of $ 18,500 in a Real Estate mortage scam. He (Hector Picart) recently Advertised in the a California Prison News letter his company Legal Preparation Services, this company unlicensed in Santa clara County as of August of this year.
