Nick Tersigni spent approximately 8 years in prison for fraud, racketeering and exploitation of the elderly when he owned Royal Palm Nursery& Landscaping in Port Charlotte, Charlotte County, Florida. He would sign contracts for landscaping and sod replacement with elderly people, take 50% of the money down, and then not complete the work. After his 8 year stint in prison, he latched onto a wife (previously convicted of misdemeanor marijuana charges in the 90s) with a wealthy mother and lives in a million dollar home in Gulfport, Florida.
He purchased an existing landscaping business after being released in 2009. Contrary to the lies on his website, he did not purchase the business from his parents. On his website he claims to have been in business since 1982. Look him up on the Department of Corrections website. He was in county jail and state prison from 2001 2009 so he obviously does not have 30 years of experience.
