Eager to take your money, with no product deliverered and no response

Ordered a lamp, recieved a e-mail to call about a payment issue. So I cancel the order. I re-order a new lamp. They then take out for both lamps and do not respond with a shipping conformation. Two weeks and numerouse e-mails and no response or reciept of items payed for. They are very willing to speak with you to get money but once they receive it they do not respond to your e-mails.
