I placed an order for a replacement lamp for overnight shipping on 10/9. When it did not arrive the next day we called and they claimed it just missed getting out the door and would be there the next day. When it didn't arrive on the 11th, I called and they claimed the item was on backorder. At this point I had them cancel the order and ordered elsewhere. Late the following week the lamp showed up. We refused the order. I called Projector lamp center, and they apologized for the mistake and assured me they would refund my card the full amount. Five weeks later they still have not done so and are not answering my phone calls or e-mails.
