On January 31st, we ordered PT56DLX76 Panasonic Replacement LCD Lamp from Bluestar-online, after entering the model number of our television into their search engine. We received the lamp February 3rd, however, it was the incorrect lamp for our television. The lamp did not come with an invoice or any directions on how to return.

We found the part number for the lamp in the television manual (TY-LA2006).in the interest of time, we ordered that lamp on February 3rd. The status of the order was updated to "shipped" on February 3rd.

We attempted to contact the company via e-mail and by phone (left a voice mail) on February 4th for instructions on how to return the first lamp. We did not receive a response.

When we did not receive the second lamp by February 8th, we e-mailed and called again to return the first lamp, and find status on the second. Still no response.

Today we sent two e-mails and left a voice mail. There is still no response.

In addition, we contacted USPS, who has not received the shipment.

We were charged a total of $230.00 and have not received ANYTHING for our money.
