I ordered lamp from advanced lamps it arrived per 3 days as promised... So far so good... I opened the box and noticed the back of the lamp housing was loose... I inserted the lamp into my 52 inch Hatiachi it didn't seem to glide in like the previous bulb. Powered TV on, the picture came on but was dim then within 2 minutes the TV rebotted itself the flashing red light change lamps came on and off then the TV picture came back... After 2 days of this i decide to call customer service to let them know thier product was not satisfactory and would like my money back... I copmpleted thier form submnitted to me via email... I got a response back they wanted the lamp shipped back and insured (at my cost)... They need 3 to 4 weeks to determine if a refund was warrented... Upon removing lamp from my tv the house back broke off from unit... inferior product terrible customer service...
