I had a 48" big screen tv from aaron's rental it was brand new just it was to big. So i asked if i could go to a little smaller of a tv and cheaper well they did it started me all over on a new contract for a 43" hitachi big screen that is 2 years old for the exact same price hitachi dont even make this tv anymore. When i asked them at aaron's they said they gave me a good deal hmmmm how is this a good deal 2 year old tv verses the brand new one i had also had to start over and pay the same cost for the older tv way older!
I then was upset and i had went earlier and looked at rent a center and found a new tv same size 43" and its new for alot cheaper. When i had told them about rent a center hopeing they would make it right with me there words were if you want to go to rent a center then go to rent a center how rude there sending me to there competitor ok well ill do it ill go to rent a center. I guess aaron's aint a very good company and they want to send me to another rent to own outfit that just dont click right with me.
Also when you ask how something works at aaron's they always say well we dont know hmmmm why sell it if you dont know anything about it. To pay so much money and get very little respect. One more thing i have rented a grandfather clock from aaron's it is not working right they are suppose to come and fix my problem with the clock we will see if that happens.
