The Aaron's rent to own here in Silsbee, Texas, knowingly sold me a laptop computer that was on the HP recall list, and now that my husband's laptop is dead, they refuse to do anything about it. My husband is a Parkinson's patient, and he used the laptop to store his EMR for his Dr. S.

If you know any way this can be remedied, please tell me. I do not want a big fuss... I just want it replaced like they should do.
