I ordered 3 jackets from Tosty. I only received 2. There was no note, no email, nothing indicating why one was missing. I emailed and it took over a week for them to get back to me. They said a refund had been requested and I should have gotten an email. I should wait 7 to 10 bussiness days for my refund. It has been a month and still no refund. I emailed several times but I only ever get a message that my email was received and then nothing more.
