I used to receive replies to my inquiries via email from HBBCC, but when I requested a refund, due to bad copies of the paper generated manual and program on diskette not formatted properly, my responses from HBBC stopped. I requested a refund of the $39.95 and emailed to ask when I would be receiving a refund. I never received a reply.
I even emailed HBBC to tell them that I know they've received confirmation, because, I received an email stating the recipient has read the email. HBBC then stopped reading my email, because, I didn't get the confirmation. After about 4-5 weeks, IA check in the mail for $19.95.
I've tried to email them as well as leave a message on their toll-free voicemail to find out why I only received $19.95 and never received a reply.
I've written the Better Business Bureau and they sent me a letter stating that they don't receive a reply from HBBC.
