I ordered a record from www.gem.com. Waited 3 weeks but it was only suposed to take 3 days. Emailed Robert to see what was going on. He said if I did not get it in 1 week he would refund my money. Never got it.
So I emailed Robert again. No reply. Another email was sent. He replied saying he will refund my money. I did not recieve a refund. Two more emails were sent. Still no refund. It was not that much money, only about 25 dollars. Its the point that you cant get away with that. Please do something about this.
