I bought a plum district coupon worth $30 to use towards Totsy. When I was placing the order there was no where to put the voucher # but in the screen to put in my credit card info for the remaining amount it said there was 2 more confirmation screens so I clicked & of course my credit card got charged for the full amount. I emailed them & they told me (I have this in writing) that they will refund my money once the items have shipped in 1 month. I also received a phone call from a representative of the company confirming the refund. A long time to wait but I said ok. So I get charged, my items ship, I email them asking for my $30 with a copy of their email saying they will refund me & they answer me back days later on a Friday at 5:37 saying they are sorry but they cannot refund me & they will give me the $30 in Totsy credit instead. Really??? I am so mad! I don't want a credit, I want my $ I will never order form them again!
