KBrothers Fence co
Mike and Tina Kawka (owners) kbrothers fence replaced our fence, it was 7 inches off the ground, they placed a post in our shed. The posts did not meet up with our neighbors fences, the post left five foot gaps. Killed our plants

KBrothers fence replaced a 6 foot wooden fence we had for 15 years. We signed a contract for kbrothers to remove the exsisting fence and dirt. To cut excisting posts, and have the fence 1" inch off the ground. We have a life time warranty. We gave them a deposite of $2000.00. Paid an extra $400. Oo for dirt removal, and for them to clean up. The day kbrothers came they took down the existing fence, set there posts and left. I called and the owner admitted he set the posts wrong. He did not seem to care at all. I was so upset. I have two large dogs and a pool so by the time they were done, I glanced at the posts by the gate area and noticed they set the post away from our garage. The next morning they sent some younger kids to put the vinyle slats in. I thought they went to lunch, they never returned. I first noticed a the large gap by our shed, because there was a post placed into our shed. The gap was five feet and a person could walk threw. Our dogs ran out. They other posts did not meet up with our neighbors fences. The gate post was never changed. They took out our concrete blocks by the gate, and threw them into our garden. The fence was 7" inches off the ground. Our neighbors dog walked under the fence. All of the posts were supposed to be concreted in. We stuck a screw driver down to check. Just a rock mixture. The fence was 7 feet high in places. I then called Kbrothers and spoke with Tina. She replied if you you don't like it call a lawyer. This is a civil sute. Do not call here again. I then called again, Mike (the other owner) answerd this time. He said we will give you $100.00 off for your plants. I said, " You placed a post in my shed. There are gaps every were. A child can drowned in our pool. I want this done right. I trusted you." You need to do this asap. You are breach of contract. I want every thing fixed. He sent a crew out to clean up. The one crew member Fransisco was throwing things and swore at me. I asked him to please leave. My husband and I had to clean every thing. Our neighbor was outside with us. They also broke the concrete to her fence. Her post was now hanging down too. This has been going on since June 24th. I then had no choice but to contact our village. They had KBrothers come out, told them to replace the whole fence. If they did not, they would be fined and there license in Orland Park, would be taken away by a judge. They replaced the fence. I then notice a few of the posts are still wobbly. I ask why, of course. I guess Kbrothers is supposed to put a stifner in the posts. I called Bufftech the maker of the vinyle fence that was put into our yard. Now Bufftech is sending a rep out to look at our fence. Oviously, KBrothers intimidates people by telling them to call a lawyer, if any thing is wrong with the way they install your fence. I trusted this company. The salesman was so convincing. I just wanted a new fence. I don't want other people to go through what we are. I have every email from KBrothers and the Village of Orland Park. Its been a night mare. Thanks
