Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

To Whom it may concern!
I received a $ 30.00 bill plus a long distance charge. I did not authorize any charges be made on my account, internet or phone service. I know nothing about you or your service and would appreciate that your company cancel such services & avoid the charges be billed me to this so called account. I have never seen anything so ubsurd in my life. Someone is really trying to rip me off! I am a on a very small limted budget & don't have the finances to pay such an absurd bill to begin with. There is deffently something fraudulent about this procedure of billing!!
