I found an unauthorized charge of $79.95 on my credit card this month. I called to find out what it was and it was from CIC Credit Monitoring. Apparently, when I wanted to review my credit history last year, I was unknowingly signed up for something that they are now charging me for. I called back my credit card company and filed a dispute (after seeing how many complaints were filed here). This is unbelievable!
I went ahead and closed my credit card so they can no longer charge my account.
