I have an ongoing problem with my TV signal supplied by cablevision. My TV intermittently distorts and I lose the sound. I also have a problem with their HD on demand, when we go to use it once a week it fails more than it works. The worst of it is I am charged for the failed attempts and have to call back when I receive my bill to get credit (more of my time wasted). This has been going on for about a year and a half. There have been multiple techs at my home to resolve the problem and it never gets resolved. They have wasted 37 hours of my time with no real compensation and no real repair. Today 8/21 I had another appointment between 8AM and 11AM and I am writing this at 2:30PM no tech yet. The biggest problem I have now is I had only one TV with their box and three others without, the one with the box was by far the worst. Now due to their greediness I have to use boxes on all my TVs and will have the same problem on all of them now.By doing research on the problem and talking to other clients with the same problem, I may have found the cure for my problem. That is why a tech is coming out today. It is now 2:45PM and nothing but promises and lies.By the way their last tech told me he ran out of ideas.
They finally showed up and installed an amp., STILL NOT FIXED!
