I warn everyone to avoid KingSize. I placed an order for two pair of pants on their delayed payment plan. They supplied the pants and I promptly sent payment. The check cleared my bank and I even received a letter from KingSize stating that my account with KingSize had been zeroed after they received payment.
Yet, shortly after canceling my account with them, the company started sending me threatening letter claiming an outstanding debt. The company claimed that I owned them for the pants that I already paid for along with late fees. I wrote to KingSize and provided a copy of the cancelled check as well as a copy of the letter I received from them stating they had received the payment.
Nonetheless, the company is claiming they cannot find the payment despite the fact that I have provided them with a copy of the check. They even argue that I could not have paid for the pants because the pants were ordered on a delayed payment plan. I have explained to them on several occasions that I paid for the pants as soon as I received them using the enclosed invoice
that came with the package.in fact, two weeks after I made payment, KingSize sent me a refund of $22 stating that I had overpaid.
I am very disappointed with this business and I am filing a claim with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney Generals Office.
