HockeyMonkey refused to accept an authorized return for a pair of hockey pants I ordered that were way too big. After I got a return authorization number from them and paid to return the pants, they claimed they were used and refused the return. They sent the unusable pants back to me and refused to refund my money.
When I received the return package, it was obvious to everyone that the pants were brand new and unused. They have minor sewing defects in a couple of the seams, which were obviously manufacturing flaws. If these flaws make the pants unacceptable to HockeyMonkey, then they sent me defective merchandise in the first place. Their argument is completely at odds with all the facts no matter how you look at it.
I sent a detailed letter to HockeyMonkey, providing all the detailed facts and amble proof that the pants were never used.
