After seeing a $10 charge on my bank account, I learned that Reservation Rewards, the company that automatically pops up when an order is placed with KingSize, took money from my account without my knowledge or permission. They are linked to KingSize.com, so when an order is placed, the shopper finds themselves on the Reservation Rewards site. KingSize obviously supplies this company with its customers' credit and personal information, as I never gave this to them, no matter how much they say I must have. In fact, KingSize swears I must have given it to them, but I did not. I accuse KingSize of doing that and getting a cut of each $10 they steal. They had my info to take money from my account and knew my email when I called to complain. I see they are on all sorts of online consumer warning sites, but I feel KingSize should be on those sites too.
I requested that my money be returned and will keep on it until it is, but I'm sure there are a great many people who were charged but remain unaware of this theft. Be aware, check your accounts regularly, and report companies to your Attorney General.
