$10 reward offer turned into $9 monthly charges, no refund

I made a purchase from KingSize Direct. I was scammed into this reward of $10 off the next order. That has ended up costing me $9 a month. I called the 800 number and canceled the membership, but got no refund. It cost me $36. Both companies need to be reported to the Feds.
