Brian Rizzo of GRM Consulting operates a shady so called Due Diligence company. He uses a network of fake lenders who will force you to use his services as a legitimate company. After you pay and he kicks the lender back he will then fashion his reports to a negative conclusion regardless of the projects merit. If any so called bank you are dealing with tries to force you to use his services tell them you want to use CBRE. If the try and talk you out of it run like hell.
