Raphael Rizzo/Russell son of Barbara Rizzo and the Rizzo mob family out of New York are scam artist criminals that pose as Condominium owners in Florida and Chicago. Upon making an arrangment for purchase or renting from them they then will take all exchanged funds for themselves and do not apply toward agreed upon fees. They do this without relaying the fact that they already are in deep with the Condominium associations by not paying assesstment fees for over 2 years. Although you can prove payment, they will promote the idea to irrelavant individuals that you are not doing such. Thankfully the condo association and lawsuits are strong indicators of their guilt. Raphael Rizzo openly speaks of his sexual orientation and it is clear that if he possess a unique desire for a renter and they ignore his advancements he becomes a blatant lieing primate like being that uses slander to harm an innocent victim. Their are reports of him contacting irrelavant victims (facebook) including their childeren to try an sway the public opinion in his favor. Unfortanately he is not aware enough to realize these actions only incriminate him further. Several cases are pending.
It is said that the reason for his fraudulent activities is to support his failing singing career in which he intends to become the next Ricky Martin, hence the name Rizzo Martin among other akas. Even after being referred to by myself to real producers their decision not to work with him only heightened scandalous activities with his "unknowingly" revoked condominium rights.
After having had the POLICE remove Raphael Rizzo from the unit in question twice this infuriated him. The court case from the condo asssociations in on going. A law suit is also being filed by the advice of law enforcement for Slander as well.
DO NOT rent/buy from, collaborate in music with or date this manipulative and criminal minded individual. He will pose as an open minded bi-sexual man that trully seems to have his eys set on domination. He is a psychopath as was quoted by an actual police officer.
